Progress 8/9 with MapPoint 2004

I'm trying to implement MapPoint 2004 in a Progress application but when I'm selecting the control (mappoint OCX) the error occurs: Unable to create control.

Does anyone have experience with MapPoint 2004 and Progress?

I'm using Progress 8 and Progress 9. I've searched the Progress K-base and there are no error's reported for this versions, only for OE10.
