NT / Windows 2000 schema change deployment

I am looking for a solution to being able to apply incremental df files to hundreds of customers - using a non-interactive script. I am OK with "emulating interaction" through redirection of input and output, but what progress bat or exe would be used? Or, is using sql create table type script a better way to go?
