I am trying to do PO receipts (5.13.1) by manually entering the receiver number. Actually I am trying to correct a previous receipt with negative quantity receipt method. This is a customized program, but customization is only for messaging the item revision number.
The original receipt was made with receiver number "G8000169" and as a corrective receipt, I am making new receipt with receiver no. "C8000169". But I am getting an error: "ERROR: Receiver number already exists. Please re-enter. " I have checked in prh_hist that no such receiver number (C8000169) exists.
Can anybody please give me a hint where can be the problem?
