T toby.Harman Member Jan 6, 2003 #2 Hi There is a Progress database version for Linux, though the supported distributions are limited. The Windows CLient Networking licence will (I think) run under NT and can connect using TCP to a database running on a Linux server. Hope this helps Toby

TIA Click to expand... To my knowledge, Progress has no plans to develop a GUI that runs on Linux. Yes, you can use Windows network clients to connect to a Progress database hosted on Linux or Unix.
