Update the Sequelink ODBC driver files on Linux to depend on newer libstdc++.so version....

Currently on newer versions of Linux users must install compat-libstdc++-33.x86_64 to get the libstdc++.so.5 file upon which the following files depend: libddicu23.so, libicuuc.so.34, MYslk22.so Can Sequelink client be updated to support a newer version of the compat-libstdc? Thanks, Matt
