Syteline 6 - Document Management

Does anyone have recommendations for an efficient way to scan and catalogue documents like customer POs?
In the past i've seen products like FASView, and DocTrak. At this point I don't even know if they are still available, and I don't remember that they offered any interface to streamline cataloguing the docs. Is there a good solution that would be easy to implement and simplify the process of filing and accessing documents that are related to our Customer Orders.
I'm posting here because ideally I'd like to interface with Syteline, but if you a solution that is independant and works easily, I'm interested.
