Syncronisize with Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes

Hi,

i have a new Project to realize.

We have a Progress Application, with a small CRM-Module.
So this Module must syncronisize with Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Mail, and with Lotus Notes Calendar and Mail.

Has anyone Experience in this Part?
Have anyone Codesamples for me?
