Shipper confirm created iss-tr & rct-tr transactions

Hi all,

When a Shipper is confirmed using 7.9.5, it has been noticed that 3 transactions are being created viz. iss-tr, rct-tr, iss-so.
Is it because the site is different from the line item than that where the shipment takes place.
But should not an error message be displayed when there is no stock in the site from where it is being shipped rather than being doing a transfer enetry and then doing an iss-so transaction.

Any help is highly appreciated.

Its not picking stock from other site. If SO line site is 01 & Ship from site is 06. Inv transfer happens from 01 to 06 and is shipped. If stock is not there in 01 then it wont ship unless you have allow negative set to yes.
