Resolved Service Pack 3 for OE 11.3

19+ years progress programming and still learning.
According to the KB article 000051278 service pack 3 is available for OE 11.3, but I can't find it in my available downloads. Is SP 3 available or is it a mistake?
 
I don't have 11.3.3, and I haven't heard a ship date for it.

KB articles sometimes reference a future SP before it ships, e.g. if the article discusses a bug which is confirmed to be fixed in the new SP.
 
I think they changed the resolution text. It now says this:

"The fix for this issue is expected to be in the upcoming release 11.3.3. As of 23 June 2014, release 11.3.3 is scheduled to be released in Q4 2014, although dates and content of the release are subject to change."
 
Yup. They definitely changed the wording. Good to now know a appoximate date for the release of SP3.
