Question about wc_mstr

Hi everyone. I'm using QAD 2008 SE, and I'm trying to filling in some data in the option 18.22.13. After putting some data like (in spanish, cause i'm from chile) employer, effective date, shift, site, part (item number), operation, line, and so on. Then, when i'm going to move to the next fields, an error message appears in the bottom of the screen, that says "**No wc_mstr record is available. (91)"

Anyone knows why it may be trowing out this error?
I search in the documentation, but i founf nothing there.
