QAD/Progress Programmer in Indianapolis, IN
General scope of work:
*Designs, programs, and tests applications around a core set of purchased ERP software.
*Architects interfaces to and from corporate applications. Designs new reports and inquiries.
*Builds client server information systems.
*Supports EDI applications.
*Develops occasional stand-alone applications.
*Builds WEB based applications. Directs work of junior programmer / analysts.
Education requirements: Bachelors Degree.
Skills required: Knowledge of database programming technologies. Progress database programming is preferred. Knowledge of client server programming technologies (NT/WIN 98), UNIX, Knowledge of WEB based programming, technical design principles.
