Putting Borders on range of Xcel

HI

I would like to put "Thick Box Border"
on a range of cells. How do I accomplish this
task? Also, I want the excel page setup to
be "landscape".

It is an Excel constants file and an Excel utilities file that you can include and call the utilities within progress.
