Hi Anurag, Have you already tried the CRM application Available on the Market Place? This application has "Leads" Object, which does similar actions and has capability to add your own custom workflow process as well (like adding campaigning..etc) It would be great if you could try this and let us know if you have any specific requirement or issues.
