Hi Leo, Please do the following: 1. Login as Rollbase admin user 2. Navigate to System Console Application 3. Click the Control Panel Tab 4. Check the following sub-sections in "Configuration" section to identify any of the sub-sections do not show content. In such case, browse the appropriate XML file in the attached (configuration_files.zip) Zip file and copy the contents of file and paste in the textbox of appropriate sub-section. Save the changes. a. Events b. Field Groups c. List Items d. Legacy Objects e. Security Level f. Service Levels g. Default Cards 5. Similarly, check the sub-sections in "Code Templates" and copy the contents from the appropriate .template files and paste in the textbox of appropriate sub-section. Save the changes. Regards, Hari
