Hey Vithal, i would suggest to proshut the databases and then extract the service pack and go to some location other than the one where you extracted the service pack eg go to /tmp and then point out to the location of the service pack directory and add /proinst to it and installer will open and give the path of the existing installation where you installed 11.5 Then follow the instructions Regards Ezaz
