In PDSOE there is a possibility to correct/change the casing of keywords in a single source file, either on save (Window > Preferences > Progress OpenEdge > Editor > Apply keyword(s) casing on save) or using the context menu (Source > Correct case). It would be cool if this could be done on multiple files/directories at once (like you can with the "Organize usings" functionality).
