Answered Problem with Editing Support Case.

Hi, has anybody else had this problem when raising a support case with Progress Software? See attached Image.

I just created a new Support Request and I wanted to make an amendment and I can't save the changes because there is no description field to fill in. :confused:

You cannot edit your 'original' case. Once it has been created you can only add comments.
 
Lucky you, being able to even create a support case ...

I don't have an exact reatio, but I bet that 1 out of 5 I need to call Tech support to have one opened for me.

Yes Stefan, you are correct. You can't edit your original case, nor can you add comments until it has need assign to a tech support person. It was all very confusing.:confused: Stupid error message. Why have an edit button when you can't edit?
