Problem in accessing MFG-PRO 7.4G

Dear All,
While accessing the MFG-PRO 7.4G DB we get following errors:

Too many users requested semaphore undo, increase SEMMNU. (1081)
The server or the system has no more resources. Try a larger -n. (748)

Too many users requested semaphore undo, increase SEMMNU. (1081)

How can I get rid of from this Problem.

Too many users requested semaphore undo, increase SEMMNU. (1081)
The number of processes requesting semaphore undo is limited by the system SEMMNU. The limit was exceeded, a semaphore operation was done without the undo option. In rare situations some users may hang and the databse has to be shut down.

You may wait until someone logs out, or restart the server with a larger -n parameter if that is possible for your operating system. In addition, the machine the PROGRESS server is running on may have run out of processes or semaphores. In this case it may be possible to reconfigure the machine to provide more processes at a time and to provide more semaphores.

In short: if you can shut down some users or restart the data bases the problem will be solved.
