Printing on the Cloud

Some of our clients run our software on a cloud server and they are un able print. We use output to printer to produce reports. Has anyone experienced this? If so, were you able to resolve this issue?

What is your architecture? If you are running self-serve clients, then the printer would have to be attached to the cloud server. Likewise, a browser client. If your ABL code is running on the client, then you should be able to print locally.

Users connect to the server using Remote Desktop. Our application is written in Progress 4 GL. The local printers are visible and can be accessed by other applications (i.e. Notepad) but our application sends output the printer using output stream and put statements.
