If you need to free progress compiler has written by 4GL,
go to http://www.progteg.com/english/programs.html
and download the PROGTEG COMPILER 1.0.

Thanx alot for your replay,
I followed your steps and installed PROGTEG Compiler V1.0 ,
It was ZIP file and after extracting it gave me a file "progteg-compiler.w" so
what can i do with this file???

Hi,

It is written by Progress 4GL and it only runs with Progress runtime or developer products.

I think you are looking for an .exe file?
if yes, I don't think so that you find it.
you have to have the progress runtime product to run all progress files .

Actually what I am looking forword is Progress editor like e.g.(Borland C,Visual basic..)so I need a tool so I can write Progress source code in it ,compile it and view the output of this code in run-time.
