i can't use piloteb2 on MFG/PRO
how do i do this error?

SYSTEM ERROR: Can't attach shared memory with segment_id: 13369351 for x
x /db1/piloteb2/pilotadm x
x There is no server for database /db1/piloteb2/pilotadm. (1423)

The server/database seem to have shutdown abnormally. If there is .lk file then rename it and restart the database.
