Question Oem Database Log File Rules Not Selectable

Hi folks,
I am trying to build a new ruleset to allow me to search for various errors including 1364 (Full backup completed successfully) and various other overnight occasional errors. I have created my ruleset, monitoring plan and search criteria but cannot add a rule to my ruleset, probably user error but pulling what little hair I have left out trying to work out what is wrong. Have read the online documentation and think I am doing things in the right order.

As a follow up, I have tried on another system we have here and am able to select the Criteria Category and Search Criteria from the selections required when adding a rule to my ruleset but still not able to do it on our main systemd
