Hello Guys,
I am new to Progress "world" I've seen couple posts asking for paths to get knowledge on how to administer progress db's and most of the answers where pointing to the same direction either progress training which costs almost 4k or websites that have documentation for very old version.
To be specific i am looking for some kind of training that cost any where between (50$-500$) something affordable
. or an actually book that i can buy from amazon as an example.
I am super a noob in the DBA world and would like to pick up the basics the background and what's happening behind the scene, i do have the technical background to understand complex IT topics so don't worry if you have to through something complicated my way.
as a side note all my work will be performed on a Linux RHEL 5 server machine.
I'd appreciate your responds and will be looking forward for your input... and oh btw this is the most neat, organized well designed forums ive ever seen in my life
