Jim,
This is the version level of the program. This is most often used to
indicate the lettered release of software at which this was last updated.
In character MFG/PRO, this shows up just to the right of the program name
in the upper left-hand corner of the screen (such as edfmrmt f+). In GUI
MFG/PRO, it shows up in the Help About window in the same way.
This is used for reference and does not affect processing.
