Is there a way to reset the statistics on the AS Broker, e.g. Rq Wait (max, avg) and Rq Duration (max, avg) , back to zero without brining down the broker? My client has a large data centre servicing multiple customers. We monitor the AppServers in order to determine if there are too many or too few brokers, bad queries etc. In rare occasions, a deadly embrace may appear and lead to locking of all the available processes on a broker. In such a case we gather information to located the offending code and resolve the situation as fast as possible. But once that happened, the max queue depth, max wait duration and, in some cases, the averages for these are skewed to the extreme. In other cases, occasional large jobs may occupy a single AppServer for a long time. While these jobs are expected, they end up skewing the max and average call duration for the rest of the brokers life time and it can be days until we get a chance to bounce the broker. Regards Simon
