Hi, Do you mean both workarounds provided above are not working? I tried this scenario by adding template tokens {!Settings.ImageLoad}, {!Settings.ImageLoad#url}, {!Settings.ImageLoad#html}} to the Email Template for an object. For which i am able to get the image for {!Settings.ImageLoad} in email. (Note: I created a image upload field (ImageLoad) in settings object) If it is not the proper test case then could you provide the steps to reproduce the issue. And, in which template you are using the HTML Code. Thanks & Regards, Kiran Avs.
