To second what Thomas stated, the Info Exchanges are one of many ways that Progress gathers user feedback on enhancements. The main focus is to capture the feedback- the "voting" simply is an attempt to get a reading from the set of people who are participating in that particular discussion. We do not use the voting alone to make decisions on OpenEdge feature enhancements. As mentioned as part of our 2 years roadmap, High Availability is high on our list of areas for improvement, across the product suite and of course specifically as it relates to the DB. I appreciate your detailed suggestions, as does our DB Engineering team. Let's stay connected as it is essential that we leverage the experience that you and others in the OE community have.
