I just got started using webspeed and as I was working through the "getting started" documentation I ran into a problem with a detailed report... I had to go into the code and change a few errors and now I can't seem to find where to save the html-code into a web-objekt?? I KNOW I did it once this morning but I can't find it! I'm feeling like a BIG idiot... WHERE is it?? GHAAAH

Try using the File Tools on the left hand side of your main Webspeed window. Locate the file and then click the "Compile" button, that should do the trick.

feeling even more stupid now.. *lol* I was so sure I did something wrong.... until 2 hours later when I realized I had just spelled a filenamn wrong *lol*

But another question.. I got everything working with the sports2000 db but when I tried to change the database ... it still uses the sports2000!! I've changed the path in the webspeed broker, I've connected the new database... I've even tried copying the new database OVER the sports2000... but somehow it still uses the original sports2000 (customer, order...)

Could it be because I'm developing on a different machine than my workstation (by remote desktop connection) and has Progress installed on my workstation too?

It's really strange because when i shut down the sports2000 in progress explorer the web tools stop working (as it should be) but when it's connected it finds a database structure that's not the one specified in the path????
