Enable "View" page elements on the "Edit" page

Because a user sometimes has to add a lot of information for a certain object, he would most likely use the Edit page. But certain elements are not enabled for the Edit page. For example: The "Send email" workflow action rendered button . The "Field level help". Missing field level help could cause confusion, requiring the user to return to the View page (takes extra time, effort, etc.)
