I used this product for several years some time ago.
The Astea web page makes no mention of it.
Is anyone still using it or has it been replaced with some non Progress App?
Yeap there are people who are using it like NCR, Stortek(??)... which I know of as I had worked from Astea for these clients... Great product... Great functionality(better then siebel/clarify) but poor thinking on part of Astea's management let to its down fall.
Astea seems to have faced out dispatch and has been replaced with service alliance with is in MFC .... kind of sad story....
