Can anyone advise of any consequences of setting the fetch array size too large in my Datadirect 4.10 SQL92 driver for Progress 9.1D? I have many reports that bring back from 200 - 50,000 rows of data - the majority perhaps around 5,000 - 10,000. Would this have any impact to the smaller reports os simply mean the larger ones need a few round trips to get the data. What would be the problem then of setting it to a known maximum, e.g 50,000?
Any thoughts welcome.
