Character client color

Hi,

This is probably a silly question
but
how do I change the blue color that progress brings up as default
when it loads.

The user wants a facility to change this background color on his PC. He is running windows and Progress 9.1d under character client.

It will be one of
a) A function of the Terminal Emulator (if you are using a terminal emulator) and therefore off the menu at the top of the screen.

b) a function of the application and changeable through either the registry or the .ini file if you are genuinely using the Character Client.
