Budgets in QAD

Dear peggers,

MFG/PRO 8.5F

I'm trying to use the budget functionality in QAD. I
have one doubt. How do i enter yearly budgets in QAD?
We have only yearly budgets and not broken up by GL
period. I tried by entering "Auto Spread" as "no" and
by percentage as "no" but it does not work.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Prasanth,

You cannot enter your budgets on a yearly basis - it has to be done on a
period by period basis.

How do you plan to split your annual budget into monthly ones? The
answer to this question is the starting point for your answer.

Prasanth Prabhu ,

You should split the Budget to the periods - spread automatically.
And than run the reports for the whole year.
This way you won't see the splitting.

We don't work this way but it might be O.K.
