AppBuilder Error Massge

Dear all,
I wrought a appbuilder program it's very small one. I put in to the Symix Erp menu. But when i select the programe throug symix menu there is a massage displayin "User-Define function 'SetcontainerSourceevent' Invoked dynamically But could not found"

How I stop this massge pls Help me.
