Zero Balance Dete/ Archive (3.23)

I need to delete some of the item with zero balance but it stated "Not deleted, alloc detail exists"
What should i do about this?

Hi,

You may need to try 36.25.18 Deallocate Unconfirmed S. Orders to delete detail allocate record first.
