We run Progress 9.1d on linux machines.
The other day in the 3 text fields of a database record we came across these pieces of text.
"7c80252d kernel32.dll" "WaitForSingleObject" "NtReplyWaitReceivePortEx "
The data recorded in the fields is added via an internal Progress process, so users are not able to enter or paste in the data. The data that should have been in the fields was missing. Other fields in the record were correct.
Users connect via serial terminals or via a Wyse thin client.
Any ideas how this could get here?
