What is diffirently between concurrent user (CU) and nameuser (NU)?
Does any1 please clear explain for me?

Just what they say. Concurrent user license is for a given number of users connected at the same time. This could be from a much larger pool, e.g., if one has a workstation in the warehouse that is used by 10 different people. Named user is the person, regardless of what device he is at, like a warehouse person who uses any one of 10 different stations in the warehouse. Registered client is the device, i.e., the warehouse workstation. In all models, one person can have two sessions on the same device, but that is counted as one.
