What first D&L or Reindex?

Hello everyone,
I'am planning a Dump and Load process, but I've detected that a full reindex is also needed,
for better performance result, what do you think is better?
first reindex an then D&L or first D&L and then reindex?

Do the D&L first. It may make the reindex unnecessary.

Of course if you bulk load the data, you MUST perform an index rebuild afterwards.

Either way, D&L first
