Hi All,
I have configured webspeed using progress manuals, all run well.
When i try to test webspeed configuration by using webspeed speedstart workshop, sometimes it shows error message like "error 404" and somtimes it shows "This site is running".

Refer attached screen shots and log files.

As per the speedstart manual this test will retrieve configuration information from the Messenger for the Controlling NameServer.

Pls help.

This is ridiculous - I'm still looking!

more specifically

I have:
- OpenEdge 10.1B
- Windows XP
- IIS 5.1.
- MS .Net framework 2.0.

- Progress Explorer:
- Existing broker: wsbroker1 (set working directory to my path).
- registered with NameServer: NS1.

- Config IIS 5.1:
A virtual directory is created that is mapped with the folder where I placed the cgiip.exe messenger in.
The virtual directory has the read, run script and execute privileges set.
I have not configured Web Service Extensions as it is not available with IIS 5.1

After that:
I tried this with IE 9.0:
http://localhost/scripts/cgiip.exe?VerifyConfig&Level=1
but it displayed:”Page cannot be found”…..
- I changed cgiip.exe with wsisa.dll, but had the same result.

Any help is appreciated.
