Webspeed 6019 Error Followed By Error 6370

I'm setting up a new web server to communicate with an existing Webspeed application. When I attempt to get to the Webspeed workshop, I get the dreaded Yellow page, Webspeed error 6019 followed by the message
unknown internal command not executed. (6370).

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

That's the closest I've found: Progress KB - Dynamics web UI does not work with the application extension mapping on IIS 6.0

You might have a problem with an extension mapping with the IIS. But that's just speculation as you don't reveal anything about your environment.
