What is the approach to dump the greater than 500 gb database in a very fastest way?

That depends on a lot of things, including the version of OpenEdge you're using, the performance of your storage hardware, your operating system, and the window of downtime allowed by the business.

First off, why do you want to dump your database? In other words, what is the business need? And is your question just about dump, or about dump and load?
