Update the Connect XE ODBC drivers on Linux to depend on libXm.so.4 and not libXm.so.3

Hi, Can you update the driver dependencies to use libXm.so.4 instead of libXm.so.3. Currently users on newer versions of Linux must create a symbolic link since the the following files depend on the libXm.so.3 vscnctdlg.so, libMYmback.so, libMYmbackw.so, MYmsssdlg64.so Thanks, Matt
