Uninstall OE Management - Error

I'm trying to uninstall OE Management and ran into the below:

"The following files are busy and must be closed before unintsalling. Click Next to abort this uninstall.
C:\PROGRESS\OEM102A\bin\pphelper.dll "

FathomTrendDatabase is not running and AdminServer has been stopped. Any idea where I missed a step ?
 
I renamed pphelper.dll to 1pphelper.dll and continued with my uninstall and it worked. Don't know if this is the right way but .. well.....
