Unable to delete location

When i tried to delete a location, it state
"Inventory balance detail records exits for this location. Please re-enter"


Therefore when i tried to view them in 3.23 to view them
and there is message "Not deleted, alloc detail exists"

How am i suppose to delete it?
 
This may be because of some sales orders that exists in the system for which inventory is allocated from this location. Delete those sales orders if you can identity them or else there are options available to clear allocated inventory under 7 & 36.25.
