Two Columns page layout using Report Builder

Hello All,
Need Help. Im doing a certain report that needs to print multiple records in the left side and one big picture in the right side of the page. This serves as companies' promo ads. Is Anyone here has an idea how to do it using Report Builder tool?

I will appreciate any help.
