Tracking parts that are not able to ship because of PPAP

Does anyone know a good way to indicate that a parts number is not abel to ship to the customer because it is not PPAP approved.

IN the past I have had a check box in the ITEM MASTER to do this but don't know how to do it in QAD.

New user here so appricate any help I get.
