To place widgets centrally in the frame

Hello,
Requirement: Widgets must be centered in the frame.
is there any tool to find out the exact center location for widgets in the frame?
 
If you are developing with the AppBuilder you will find what you're looking for in the Layout menu.

I am changing the selection screen layout as per standard.
Now if I increase the frame size(vertical or horizontal), so all the widgets must be centered.
Currently what I am doing...it's just based on my judgement by seeing the right-left and top bottom space on the frame which could be right or wrong. I wanted if there is any tool to measure such things exactly?
