Title Procedure Editor in 10.2A

I want to change the title of the procedure editor in OpenEdge 10.2A. But in this version the file DLC/src/_adecomm.pl doesn't exist anymore. How do I need to do that now?
 
%DLC%/src/adecomm.pl (no leading underscore) does exist on 10.2B02 - maybe you customized the installation to not install the pls containing source files?
