SyteLine User Name

I'm wondering how to reference the 'user name' of a SyteLine session. I'm
trying to create a data extract where the users don't want to see the standard
report header, but at some point in the extract they do want to see the name of
the user who ran it (so hitting the user-def or user-local tables won't be
helpful, it seems to me).

Meaning user-def.sym-user is not enough ?
I would guess there is a registry entry that contains the "active user name"
or some OCX/API can be used ...
