Error Syteline help (symix.hlp) does not work on Windows 7

Wondering if anyone has a solution to make Syteline Help work on Windows 7?

I've tried these without any luck:

I have also copied the symix.hlp file to the local drive (c:\syteline\help) and changed the propath to include that directory; that doesn't work either.

K917607 worked for 32-bit Windows7. Can't make it work on 64-bit. Did you encounter issues with 64-bit and if so, might you be able to shed some light on that?
